4. Vehicle Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

ProJellico™ provides an electronic device that alters software command behavior (preventing cylinder deactivation cycles). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We make no legal promises or absolute guarantees regarding how third-party entities, including vehicle dealerships, manufacturers, or insurance providers, will interpret the physical installation of an aftermarket device.

  • The terms "warranty safe" or "zero footprint" describe the physical and electronic state of the vehicle's ECU upon removal of the device under normal operating conditions. Dealership and factory warranty decisions remain entirely at the discretion of those respective third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProJellico™ (or its parent entity, directors, officers, or employees) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, engine failure, valve train damage, lifter failure, or mechanical breakdowns—arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product.
